Monthly Cocktail Special
Every month we will give you the recipe to one of our exotic cocktails so that you may try them at home.

Our cocktail for June is:
"Sagaso"
Suggested by 'The Chemist'
  3 parts Gin
  2 part Midori
  1 part Galliano
  Serve in a Martini glass and garnish with thin treads of cucumber.

If you have a favourite cocktail, please let us know and it will then be entered into a draw and the winning cocktail will feature in the bar for the month and the recipe posted here. Naturally the winner will be invited to sample our results - and face your comments - all on the house of course!
