31 North is a natural complement to the Dining Room restaurant, but has its own personality and ambience. "We want it to be a very Chichester experience - sophisticated without being stand-offish, traditional but with a contemporary twist, relaxed and welcoming."

We have a selection of drinks including cocktails offered at £4.50 between 5.00-7.00pm Monday to Thursday and to 10pm on a Friday. We also serve a fine selection of non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails!!
